One text object not animating when others around it are

Working on a new site for a client, and one of my smartphone browsers is correctly showing this one "Text" object to Animate CSS3 and slide in; but another browser on my smartphone is not showing this piece of text at all. Can someone look at this site

scroll to the very bottom where you see the nine different elements that should Animate CSS3 slide in. Sometimes, the very last piece of text in that Layer, which is called, "grantsroofingtxindexText14" , does not fly in or show-up at all, in my Samsung "Internet" Browser on a Samsung Smartphone (the little purple-planet, default browser that comes standard on Android Galaxy smartphones) .
Is it working on your smartphone / 320-Breakpoint window when you try?
