I would like to be able to link to specific items within a Vimeo video. I can see it's possible to do this on the Vimeo website itself by adding '#t=' and then the time that the item starts to a URL (Example: https://vimeo.com/73214621#t=3m13s and so on for each item). Is there any way to have several 'links' to items within a Vimeo video when it is embedded in WWB?

My guess is that it's not possible but maybe I am wrong.

In the Video ID field you enter:

73214621#t=3m13s


or whatever ID you have followed by #t=(number)m(number)s

It works as I have tried it.

Thanks, that is useful where you want to take someone to a particular spot in a film. My problem is that I have 9 items I would like to list with links. It looks like I can only do that on the Vimeo website itself and not with my embedded version.

Yes as the built-in play for WWB is not a multi player.

Maybe the following may be of use as a work around. It uses a iframe which will display multiple content different pages or in your case different Vimeo videos on different pages simply by clicking a link outside of the iframe. See the following url with a demo zip for you to try. Note this is just for demonstration only and may not suit your needs.
