Flex Container and Breakpoints

When using cards, Is there a way to have one card not show when a breakpoint shows up?
And the same thing when using a Layout Grid?

I'm not at my computer but what happens if you are using a flex container and you check the visible button in the object manager to hide the card in the breakpoint? As for a layout grid, if you open the properties you can select a column and uncheck the visible box to hide that column in a breakpoint.
