How to place static button across all Carousel slides?

Hello,

Please view:

https://www.etxroofingandconstruction.net/index.php

Note the Floating-Carousel object that's towards the top of the page; it has 5 Bullets/Slides that scroll, of different image. If I wanted to put a big red call-to-action button, like "Contact Us" or "Learn More" or something like that, how can you place one in there, that will sort of stay static, throughout that auto-scrolling/panning of 5 images?

I'm having trouble figuring out how to execute this as, if you can imagine, when you place an Image-that-is-a-hyperlink object onto that Carousel object, it places it in the Active slide, whenever you put the image into it, but of course, the "button" then automatically disappears, with the scrolling of the 5 slides that comprise the Carousel.

Do I need to ask this in a different way? Just want to make sure I'm accurately communicating what it is I am trying to do, and the reason I'm having trouble figuring out how to accomplish it.

Try this:

1. lock the carousel so nothing can be placed inside
2. Add a default layer full width of each breakpoint width, transparent and set to relative horizontal sizing and drag it over the carousel.
3. Add your button to this layer and place it where you need it. Adjust in each breakpoint.

@crispy , thanks for much for the guidance, I'll give it a whirl. And as I do it, just to make sure, with this new Layer I'll set as Transparent, this does *not* need to be considered a child of this Floating-Carousel object, correct? It will be essentially "Lateral" and its own Parent-Object just like the Floating-Carousel, correct?

Yes, the layer will be its own thing sitting on top of the carousel. It is not part of the carousel itself which is why you want to lock the carousel so the layer does not become part of the carousel.
