Privacy policy

Hi all, i have a word document (privacy policy), I have a link File> document in root folder> open in new browser window. When clicked on it downloads the file. I would like it just to open to be read not downloaded. I have tried lightbox that doesn't work.????

A Word document is not a web format so it cannot be displayed by the browser.

pdf display only works if the browser is set up to display it. It may work for you, but your customers may still get a 'download this' message.
