Issues with screen resolution/fonts

Good evening!
This is probably a very simple question but I would greatly appreciate your input. I am having hard time figuring out what is going on with my web-site. On my computer it looks neat:
But when I preview it in any browser [or publish it] I see total mess
Is there anyway I can fix this? Thanks a lot in advance!
