Question about SSL

Hello.
I am a noob and hope someone can give me an easy advice about this.
Most websites have a Lock-Symbol when opened before the web alias in the browser.
Mine does not have this symbol and it is called "Unsafe connection".
Most websites have HTTPS (Mine only HTTP) and I guess it has something to do with SSL.
My question is: How can I get my website to become a secured and trusted website!?
Does it have something to do with my provider or my web-account?
If I get it right Netbeat only has SSL starting from Level 3 Account!?
But maybe it has nothing to do with that and I have to do something with Web Builder 17?
