I have created Card Container and added some Cards (Mode: Card Deck) into this container on the Default Breakpoint.
But in the Breakpoint 480 I added the same Cards in it in the Mode: Carousel, the 5-th Card in Second and 5-th Card Container in Mode: Carousel will NOT Show!?
If you wait till it gets to Card 5, in Second and Fifth Card Contaner (Carousel Mode) it will not show. You will have to Click somewhere where the Card should be to appear.
I think it makes the same mistake even if you leave this container in Default Breakpoint.
Don't know where is the problem.

What do I need to do to see the problem?

Note: in the default view the column count is set to '2'
This means that between 970 and 480, the card container will have 2 columns.

O sorry, I thought I did explained.
Just prewiev the page in browser (I used Chrome) and then right click with mouse , choose inspect, choos: toogle Device Toolbar, to wiev in mobile wiev. Sorry, I dont know how to expailn diferently.

The problem is in 480 Breakpoint wiev. Mobile wiev. I can't see the fifth card in the second and the fifth carousel. You need to click where this fifth card should be and then it will appear.

Think you will need to set the column count to '1' in the default breakpoint.

Hm, dont think thats the problem.
In the Breakpoint 480, I have made completely new Carousels in the first DEMO.
Now, in this new DEMO project, I have kicked out Everything from the Default Breakpoint on the index page and added just a simple picture in the default wiew. I have also just tested this "bug", if it is, on page1 in the same project. If you make same type carousels in the Default Braekpoint, you will get the same result.
Card 5 is NOT there in the second and the fifth carousel. You need to klick on the place where it is suppose to be, to appear.

Your second demo has the same problem.
You will need to set the column count of the card container in the default view to '1'

Note, WWB uses a third party script for the carousel (OWL). So, I have now control over how it works, however my suggestion seems to work.
