Website Form will not send message to my Thunderbird inbox

I have created and re-created a form with a response page on my website, but cannot get the email to display in my account on Thunderbird. I know the email works because I can send and receive messages independently from Thunderbird itself, but the form will not send the information from the website. When I click on submit, the response page appears showing the variables included in the form and a "success" message I created. When I return to my email program, the message is not there. The form page and response page are both set to the php file extension. I am currently just using a link to my email (and it works), but am concerned about security issues and spam. Would much prefer to use the form. Any suggestions on why I can't get this to work? Thank you in advance.

Please see the following reading from
Forms FAQ
Emails are not arriving in my inbox...
If the link is using the mailto then see
Why shouldn't I use 'mailto' in the form action?
If you need further help then please provide a url or provide a demo project of the page just with the form.

Thanks for the quick reply. The url is "boothkates.com". By clicking on the contact link, it will send you to the form page in question.

This is most likely a server related issue.
Did you read "Emails are not arriving in my inbox" in the FAQ?
