What you are looking for is very specific to your needs so would require a custom template being made which would require programming with the likes of PHP and a Database MySql. Although the following is not a template but a extension it can added to a webpage you would design in the program. Note this is a paid extension provided by a forum member so any and all questions regarding it should be made with him.

Also from phpjabbers again this is a third party script(s) seller so all questions should be made with them. But any script can easily be incorporated into the program.

Im not after anything super special, enough to get me up and running then perhaps I could get someone above my paygrade to do some mode and fine tune it
