November 29, 2021 is the build date and that is the latest from what I can see and just downloaded.

Run the application and check the about dialogue, it will tell you the correct build date.

I'm also using 64 bit. About dialogue shows 29.11.2021. But files show they created on 30th.
Anyway it is not a serious issue.

That's possbly the date you installed it on your PC.
