You can use a button (with background image) for this.

i test this, but image go under the text, not Next to the it.

You can place multiple buttons on the same row.
The first button can be used for the text, the second one for the (background) image.

sorry pablo, you are right. two multiple buttons can show on the same row. but the image not show in button until adding text on that.

yes, space not effect on button, only letters can open the background of that.

It works for me (with padding).
