Having followed each step detailed on http://www.wysiwygwebbuilder.com/embedded_page.html

I just cannot find the 'Embedded Page' in Toolbox, Layout

I must be missing something somewhere as in step 4 it shows lots of other items under 'Layout' that I do not have like 'Content Place Holder, Flex Container and Flex grid

Any ideas please.

Perhaps you have disabled Easy Mode?
