Is an empty "my.ini" file okay?

Using WWB17, 64 bit.

I started getting this message when previewing a site:

mysql: [ERROR] Could not open required defaults file: D:\Program Files\WYSIWYG Web Builder 17\my.ini

("C:" drive is SSD, limited space, so WWB17 is installed on 1 TB HDD "D:")

Reinstalling WWB17 didn't produce the my.ini file, so I created a blank text file and renamed it to "my.ini". Now when previewing the site I no longer get the error message.

The question is: am I good, or will there be some dependencies which require specific content in the my.ini file?

Thanks!

"my.ini" is not part of the software.
But maybe you have installed mysql server?

Yes, I use an Apache server for development. Thanks for the indication of "what it isn't", Pablo.

The mention of the WWB directory in the error message was the curious thing.
