A form cannot be part of a Layout Grid or Flex Grid but you can use them as a Form itself.

A form is a fixed/absolute layout container, so it cannot be placed inside a (flexible) grid.
However, the grid itself can be a form.

You can use margin to add spacing between (floating) elements.
