No publish

Hi
I have version 17.1.0 and i am encountering the following problem.
Sometimes it does not publish, i reinstall the software and it works correctly, the next day, it does the same thing again.
This had already happened to me in version 16, but reinstalling the software solved the problem.
Regards

Are you publishing to a web site? If so, maybe someone is playing with permissions.
Two things:
1. Can you post the publish log file that appears on your screen when it doesn't work.
2. What happens if you publish to a folder on your PC?

I do not think reinstalling the software will have any effect on how publishing works.
The software works the same every time you use it. It does not suddenly work different the next day.
This is most likely a server/host related issue.

Hi
I always publish in a folder on my pc and upload it with filezilla.
I can't publish the record now since now it doesn't, when I do I publish it.
I guess it is when stopping the pc

There's a file called 'publish.log' which sits in the WYSIWYG system folder. That should contain all the publish data. New data is appended to it. Can you extract the relevant section that shows publish not working and post it here?

What happens when you trying to publish?
Can you please provide more details so we can try to help you?
Is there an error?
Where exactly does it stop working?

Did you select 'Publish all files'?
Or maybe the local publish folder is not accessible for the software?
For example, your firewall or anti-ransom protection may block the output folder.

Hi
- Did you select 'Publish all files'?
Yes.
- Or maybe the local publish folder is not accessible for the software?
In the morning start and it fails, reinstall the software and without restarting it works correctly, most of the time in the afternoon it continues to work. I understand that the conditions are the same.
- For example, your firewall or anti-ransom protection may block the output folder. = disabled

The software will not work different when you reinstall it. It's the same software. It will always work the exact same way with the same with the same settings.
So, this can only be a (system) configuration issue.

I think that when it does not work, you are using different settings.
