Starting a website, I'm unable to get some simple objects to render as expected when previewed. They appear correct within Web Builder

Current concerns are that I want the text section to be indented left and right from viewport margins, and the News Feed Ticker (manually entered data) is not showing ─ obviously I want that visible.

Please go to Tools -> Options -> HTML -> CSS and set formatting to 'default'.
And uncheck 'Load built-in JavaScript asynchronously'

Also, note that a Carousel should not be inside a layer. A layer is for absolute/fixed layout only.
