On my laptop (and it used to be on my desktop) WWB layout shows Site Manager and Properties on the RH side of the layout.

Now, on my desktop, it only shows site manager. When I go into 'view' and turn on 'Properties' from the menu, they show up briefly, overwriting the Site Manager and then slide off to the right.

So, how do I get the old layout back?

Without latchkey knowing what you did, it will be difficult say anything meaningful about this.
Note however that the UI functionality is not specific to WWB.
