I have a Layer that asks the user to ACCEPT or DECLINE.

If you ACCEPT the layer is hidden, which is what I want. However I want it to stay hidden for the rest of the session. What happens now is that if the user refreshes the page or goes back to that page while browsing the site the layer shows again. I wont it so that once it has been ACCEPTED it wont show again. Any easy way to accumplish this?
