I have a non-published that has 5 left screen vertical menu items. I’m looking for a way to change the main page contents based on the menu item selected.

Example:

Menu item 1
Menu item 2
Menu item 3
Menu item 4
Menu item 5

User chooses Menu item 1 and the contents of the area to the right displays the results (web page,
Details about their computer, etc..).

I’m a WYSIWYG Builder newbie and I understand the question is very basic and how most websites behave but I cannot determine the right objects to use. Currently I a left screen vertical menu and a right screen HTML object.

Hi wifinut
One easy way to accomplish what you want is to use the "Tabs" tool from JQuery UI / Bootstrap section. In "Options" inside the Tabs properties choose in "Tabs mode:" Tabs at the left, for getting the menu vertikal.
