link between objects on the same page

Thank you very much, but I don't understand what to choose when, after highlighting the text and pressing ctrl + K, the link window appears. The instructions say to select the image, but I can't do it.

You will need to set the link to the current page and then select the bookmark from the dropdown menu.

You can find the 'bookmark' object in the toolbox.
But you can also use any other as a bookmark by enabling Tools->Options->User Interface->Display all objects in links (bookmarks)
