In CARD object how can I animate or create transition on any element in it on a card hover? I mean when I hover a card then it should change the color of a particular text in it. I think it may be done by EVENTS but I do not want to create events for this small thing, can it be done with transitions only?

You are great but what about LAYER? I mean if I place a text or a heading on a layer and try to change the color of the text or heading on mouse over on the particular layer, how this can be done? Please help.

I am not sure how this is related to a layer.
A layer is a container.

If a layer has a background color or background image option, then there should be an option to add transitions to its elements when hovering over the layer. If it is possible to implement please consider it for a future update.

Sorry, that will not be possible.
A layer cannot control the properties of its child elements.
