Trying to used a LAYOUT GRID with FIXED WIDTH 994 and PAGE SIZE 994.
When I render in PREVIEW, my fixed size PAGE HEADER fits correctly but the LAYOUT GRIDS (1 column and 2 column examples) fills the entire width of the PAGE.

Try inputting the layout grid size as a negative number, i.e. -994.

That worked! Problem solved. Thank you.
