***SOLVED***Publishing is not creating object images

Hello.

I am suddenly having issues with publishing my webpage. This issue has just started.
When I publish the page, the shapes and objects that I place on the page are not publishing into images.
I am publishing locally on my PC (not on the server direct). I have been doing exactly the same thing since 2008 and have never had this problem. This problem just arose on it's own without me making any changes to my process. I do not understand the error message (shown below) stating "Access is denied."
Can someone please help me with this?

This issue has just started.

Then something must have changed on your PC or its settings have as the software hasn't since you purchased and installed. Access Denied generally means that there is a permission issue (the folder is read only) or that your AV or Firewall is blocking access. Please check the permissions are correct and that your Firewall also has permission to access the folder.
I can also see that the folder name (Paracord Collars) is invalid it contains a blank space and it should really be in lowercase.

Maybe Windows ransomware protection was activated and blocked access to the folder?

I uninstalled and reinstalled my AntiVirus software and that resolved the issue.

This issue has just started.
