Would it be possible to change the order of floating layers in different BPs

So in default we have these layers

1 - 2
3 - 4
5 - 6

lets say in 320 BP I want to change 3 - 4 to 4 - 3

No, that will not be possible with layers. Because the HTML structure cannot be changed in breakpoints.
This is only possible with flexbox or layout grids.
