Description
This Web Builder extension allows you to animate the full background of cards. It's ideal for when you want a full image background and to add a hover animation to the card. It also includes the ability to add them to layers, layout grids, grid columns and flex containers. Works on modern browsers. Some animations will also work on IE11.

Viewed demo on my ipad but not sure what i should see ? Or is it just for pc’s/laptops ?

It's a hover animation (see description). On iPad it would only work on tap.

Wow. that's extremely nice. This is a must have extension. It should be a part of wwb for sure.

Can the same be done for buttons? I mean does the animations apply to buttons? That would be absolute!
