Outlook, Hotmail & Yahoo Email Problems

Hi...
I am using a form that was created in 2019 and imported into a new web project. I have adjusted the values within the form, but not the settings. When a Gmail email is used, the form works correctly. The Gmail used when filling out the form gets the auto-response email and I get the form processor email in my Gmail. When a Yahoo email is used within the form, that Yahoo email gets the auto-response email, but I do not get the form processor email. When a Hotmail or Outlook email is used, I get the form processor email, but the email used within the form does not get the auto-response email.
Back in 2019, the form work perfectly with all emails, so I'm guessing within these past three years, settings have been changed with Yahoo, Hotmail and Outlook.
Is there something that can be changed within the form setting that will allow emails from these companies to be processed completely?
