Rollover image radius shows when published but when designing the preview inside WWB the radius doesn't show is it by design function? I mean what we see is what we get. If the radius shows after publish it should show in WWB also when are making.

This was done for performance reasons.
It would take extra rendering time to manipulate the image to draw with a rounded corner.
