I guess the only thing I can do in terms of embedding a blog to my site is use the iFrame?
Seems like that's the only way to be able to edit and add new posts without needing the WB app.
Any one else have any suggestions?
cleaner suggestions?

If the blog is external then the only way is to display within a iframe. You should note that if the blog is 'Fixed' ie not responsive then it will not change size when it gets displayed in different breakpoints only the iframe will resize.
One way you can try is to have a link on site A to B (the blog) and if possible if you can edit the blog and add the same menu so it looks all one.
With this said have you looked at the following.

Phpjabbers has a one time paid blog with backend that easily integrates into WB. With the license you can use multiple times.

It "integrates into WB"...
Does this mean, that I can embed the html for the blog onto one of my pages?

If you like the jabbers blog and decide to purchase it let me know. crispy and i paid for several enhancements to the standard blog. including, added a file manager so you can easily upload images, RSS feed, and the ability to have a section on another page to display the three most recent blog post.
