Increase user interface font size?

I'm getting old. I wear reading glasses. My days of reading 8 px fonts are long past me.

Is there a way to make the fonts in the WYSIWYG forms larger? The Tools>Options form is a great example. The text in the general/Text Box/Responsive Web Design sections is tiny. And there's plenty of room inside the form for larger text.

I checked in the Tools>Options>User Interface and Tools>Options>Fonts. There seems to be no way to make the fonts used in WYSIWYG forms larger.

I've tried Windows Ease of Access>Display>Make text bigger. It has no effect on the font size in the WYSIWYG forms.
I've tried Windows Ease of Access>Display>Make everything bigger. It antialiases the text making it more difficult to see, it makes all of the other text so big there's no room on the screen.

The User Interface uses the standard system fonts. You can control this via the regular (DPI) settings of windows.

You may need to enable High DPI support in Tools -> Options -> User Interface.
