Menu links does not work

I have a top menu on all my pages. For each item in the top menu, I have sub menus and below each item in those I have further sub menus.
All menu items in level 1 and 2 have unique names, however on the 3rd level, the items have the same name, since they logically represent the same thing, although the content is different. The links from the third level of sub menus point to different pages, but those pages have the same name, although they are different pages. When I brows threw my menus, I always end up in the last page with the same name on the third level, although I have set the links to different pages.
If I instead give the pages with the same name, unique names, all works fine, although the item names are the same. Should not WYSIWYG be able to distinguish between the different pages, even if they happen to have the same name?
