Breakpoints show centrally alligned on

When I am adding a breakpoint (refer to the image, here its 320px), it always show at the center while earlier it used to be where the red line is. Is this because of some setting that I may have accidentally activated?

It looks like you have enabled 'web layout'.
Use Menu -> View -> Design Layout to switch back to 'design layout'
