Page Properties Ver 17.3.0

Looking at tutorial, found out to use master frame page and "Make sure the master page type is set to "Master Frame (requires content place holder)". It is included in "http://wysiwygwebbuilder.com/master_frame.html", but Page properties in this version 17.3.0, does not include Miscellaneous Tag. How to get it?. Thanks in advance.
