Pablo is it still possible with the current sanctions that Russia has against them at the moment. From what I understand PayPal has closed all services with Russia due to the conflict with Ukraine. I don't know about the others.

All payment methods do not work - sanctions, are there other options?

The only way possible I can see is if you have family outside of Russia that have no sanctions to purchase for you and then for you to pay them back some how. But this may also not be allowed with the terms of use of Pablo regarding the use of the software.
