Version date in menu "Help-About". Update from July 21

Good evening! On July 21, version 17.3.1 was updated. But in the "Help-About" menu, the version date is June 17. Question! Is the updated version from July 21 available for download, or is it an error in specifying the version date?

This is what we call an 'hot-fix'. An hot fix does not update the version, but includes improvements based on user feedback.
You can find more details in the 'whatsnew.txt' file.

Thanks! But I meant that the update date is not 21.07.2022 specified in "About". The version number of course remains current

The question arose due to the fact that you did not actually update the version, but only announced that the "hot-fix" was released.

Just because a "Hotfix" is applied it does not warrant a version update. Look at it this way lets say a issue is reported 10 times a week then that would mean ten "New" updates version numbes in one week. So a update to the version number is only made when there are a number of minor updates or tweaks are made then a "New" version number is made and released.

BF - he means the release date in help/about isn't the same as that on the download web page.

When releasing an hot-fix, the main focus is to solve the reported issue as quickly as possible. Changing the date, version number etc would take a lot more time, because these changes also affect the translations, setup etc.
So, usually I only update these values when the official update is released.
