Text size reduction in Breakpoint

Hi. Might seem like a daft question but... I am not a pro at web building, more a hobby so apologies if this is a rooky error. I have just got WB17 upgrading from 16. I noticed it slighlty in 16 but seems worse in 17. If I create a standard default page with several layout grids with an average font size of 14 and all text is set to responsive. Is ther a way to prevent the font size shrinking to size 8, in one layout grid, size 6 in another and even had them go down to size 2 on some. Is there a conflict with have responsive test selected then adding a 320 break point?

I only use this option when using a galley with several images as this option allows me to manage the rows in the gallery rather then shrinking them to a size that cannot be viewed clearly.

You can disable this behavior in:
Tools -> Options -> General -> Automatically scale new objects in other breakpoints.
