Note the sharing of a license is not permitted it is for personal use only and doing so violates its use. How can you repay anyone if they buy you a license for you as the sanctions don't allow you to buy or send funds!!!!. Question why did you not buy before any sanctions where put in place as WB17 was released on Mon Sep 27, 2021 10:08 am before they came into affect.
