Permanent hamburger menu in responsive layout grid site without brakepoints - help

Hi,
So, I used to build non-responsive websites via wysiwyg. No problems.. at least, I could overcome them. Now I build a fully responsive website using only layout grids. So I dont need to to use any breakpoints.
I'm currently at the end of my rope after trying to build a hamburger menu for about zeven full days of time and can not ever get any menu to work. Also I just dont seem to be able to find a proper tutorial on youtube or anywhere really talking me step by step. My menu just needs to look like this:
-On the right site on top. Opens with drop down but only needs to show Home and the rest of my pages. (nothing in between)
-When the menu unfolds the alignment of the dropdownmenu needs to be to the left side so the words are visible on mobile device, it has to be need.
-The background of that menu needs to just work.., everything ive tried so far gives some kind of a big problem.
I am just lost and overwelmed by the number of options. So far the only "menu" that was ever succesfull is a a little home button I made without any further navigation. Video tutorials are allways either about layout grid design including brakepoints, or they go through the menu issues so fast or pre-build it so it is impossible to replicate.
There is one menu I found from template, I love it. https://wysiwygwebbuilder.com/support/w ... tpage.html I tried copying it to my own site but this is a really complex menu item and it is outside of the boarder and uses code. I get it to work on my computer but on my phone its horrible.
In any case I really want to use a menu that I can just put in my masterframe and does not use any brakepoint because the site is designed that way. Is that even possible?
This is my website: https://inkennis.nl/
Who can help me out please?
Thanks a lot in advance.. I would love have to a proper menu and finish the rest of the site as things are actually starting to look really nice!
