Recent files show for Word and other programs, but only 'WYSIWYG Web Builder 17' and 'Unpin from taskbar' for WWB
They do appear under 'Recent Documents' when File is clicked after the program is opened
How can I get them back, please?

This is standard Windows functionality so the software has no control over this.
It may be an error in the registry or problem with firewall settings.
