One of my favorite things about the desktop website builder that I have is the automated "backup" offline (and not relying on the server to do so).

So, if the host screws up and deletes the hosting account that was attached to the reseller account that was just removed, a back up of the website can be easily reuploaded.

Yes it's really nice to have 'local' feel and to be able to combine it with online only when desired!
