Page Protection widget

HI all,
I have searched through the forums and can't find the problem I am having with the Page Protection widget.
I have set up profiles (groups) for users, so that I could prevent a user from going to an areas (pages) that they aren't allowed to go.
e.g.
Administrator
Dorset
Somerset
Gloucester
DorsetPhone
SomersetPhone
GloucesterPhone
In the page protector I have set which group can have access to the relevant pages, that seems to work fine.
I have set the "Access Denied Page" to go to a page called noacccess.php, and this is where the problem arises.
Some pages the user tries to go to that they don't have access to, the page protector sends the user to the noaccess.php, but other pages just show a white background, and in the title bar it shows the URL of the page they can't access.
I have checked and rechecked, the page protector on those pages, and even copied the page protector from pages where it does work to those pages, but it still doesn't work.
Any help would be appreciated.
Regards
Steve
