Is there an Extension or PHP code Chat room that will work with WYSIWYG Web Builder?

A chatroom is a script that you install on the server.
As far as I know there is no extension for this.
But maybe you will find something useful here?

thanks, I have found something and I have it working, I guess I need to learn more PHP now since I would like a few mods to it.
Anyone who knows PHP wants to tinker with this PHP chat room I have, let me know so I can make arrangements with you.
I am looking for a PHP code editor for windows now (any ideas?)
must be able to save directly to a website.
