I still doubt that this has anything to do with the update otherwise many other users would have the same problem. Nothing has changed in the software related to FTP.
Also, if you search the forum for similar issues then publish issues have always been related to either the server or the configuration. The conclusion is always: it was a server issue.
In most cases, when something suddenly stops working, it is because something was changed on the server side (even if the web host says they didn't).
A common example is that web host switch from standard FTP to Secure FTP.
This error in the log indicates a server related issue. This is a message generated by the server!
replyLineQP: 550 Requested action not taken. File unavailable (e.g., file not found, no = access).
Did you ask your web host what it means?
Are you sure the settings in FileZilla are the same as in WWB?
In the FileZilla screenshot it looks like you are connecting using TLS. while in WWB it looks like you are using standard FTP?
