Hello there,

I have a tremendous problem. I have a website which is in French and English. When I try to register on the French side everything works fine and I receive the registration. But when I go on the English, I can register, but I never receive the registration in my email. I am showing you here both pages and you will be able to see the differences which are fully adapted for French and English with the right php pages, etc.

Could you help and let me know what was the problem and how to fix it. Thank you

I still receive the form only in the french side of my website. My english page allows me to fill it out, but I never receive anything. Yet, the name is well email on both.

The URLs do not work for me.

However, if the forms on the pages are identical then this can only be a server related issue.
So, you will need to find out why the server does not send the email.
Your web host should be able to see this in their logs.
