How to create a responsive menu like wysiwygwebbuilder.com. I tried several ways, extensions, and blocks but in vain. Is there any way to do that? Please help.

The WWB website uses the built-in "Themeable menu"

Then sir, how to create this type of menu with logo on the left and expand menu below the logo, because using themeable menu I can not create like that. Menu always expand without logo on the left side in it. Do you have any kind of tutorial regarding this, if yes please share.
