Hi there.

I am using a template to build a new website.

I am at the stage for contact form setup.

I have done everything as I do always. I have selected the SMTP option with everything related to it.

I am getting the 'Success' page but NOTHING else.

Despite I have selected the SMTP option, from my host, they tell me that the produced email is trying to be sent with 'SENDMAIL'

Can you please check it out?

I am using WWB18

PS. I can send and receive normal emails.
Ps2. I will try to make the same procedure with WWB17 just to see if the same result is produced.

There are no know issues with this functionality. It has been working like this for years without any issues.

To be able to help you I need to know the exact configuration and error message.

Make sure that you have published all files.
Also for SMTP, the server needs to have PHP 5.6 or newer.

I am using WWB since version 7.

I know the procedure. This problem arised yesterday using version 18. That's why I submitted the topic here.

I will send you what I have to clarify the problem.

Does it still work in WB17 with the same settings?
Do you see any differences in the HTML code?

Tomorrow, I'll try to reproduce the code using WWB17 and let you know.

I have produced the SMTP code with WWB17 but it didn't work also.

I am in conversation with my ISP provider.
