I can't upgrade to version 18 with the discount link.
After inserting my version 17 serial I am taken to a page that says "your cart is empty". Then, when I "go back to shopping" to fill in the data, there is no discount...

I didn't receive an email with a discount coupon at either of the two addresses I left.

Maybe the website is blocked by your firewall or virus scanner?
Or maybe it's a browser issue
Did you also try another browser?

If you did not get an email then it was most likely blocked by your spam filter or ISP.
I have forwarded the email to you manually from different email accounts.
