I am contemplating if it is possible to have price points stored in a CSV referenced by either the Title section of the Photo Gallery, or in a Text box. Not sure if this is possible. Currently, each price point listed below photos of items is manually entered, and so must be manually changed each time a price changes. (Not overly often, but often enough that it would be nice to have them reference centralized data.)

Is it possible to have any of the Text or Title options of any of the photo gallery solutions reference info from a CSV? Is there a better solution for displaying prices that could reference a CSV without being an online store option?

There is no standard solution for this.
But you may be able to do this with the built-in CMS tools and the "CMS card".
