Layout grids should not be inside tabs, they were not designed to be used this way.
A Layout grid either needs to be a child of the page or another layout grid.
Basically, you are lucky that it even works in the browser.
I strongly recommend to reconsider your layout.

Well, it works. Unless you disable this option in the next update, there is no problem even when i publish it.
I will make more check on google page insights later to see what does it say...
Also, I need to mention also, that "flickering" is ONLY on Default and 768 view. Not in my Breakpoint 480. It looks OK on 480.

Now, one more question.

Is there any way to move these green buttons (tabs) (Europe, America, AFR, asia in my demo (I dont know how to explain.)) inside tabs? So that they would be centered, and not on the left side?

Even if it works, I still do not recommend it.
Anyway, it's your own choice. I will not disable it, because that will also affect other containers.

You can set the alignment of the header buttons in the 'Style' properties.
