How do I insert audio and video files?

You can insert audio and video via the 'audio' and 'video' objects in the toolbox.
Alternatively, you can try the audio / video extensions:

Please note that any audio including audio in the video will be blocked by the browser as already mentioned at the following:

Secondary note this is unrelated to the software and specific to the browser.

BF - the audio isn't 'blocked' as such - it's just that the video/audio will not start on loading the page.It has to be done manually.
